/ four measurement languages
German, French, Italian, English
We measure Switzerland the way Switzerland asks, and in English on top. Separate questions per language, separate figures, never mixed.
Why language moves the answer more than the brand does
The language of the question is one of the biggest influences on an AI answer. Different language regions trust different sources, so the answer is assembled differently.
ECHO asks your questions in each language separately, with its own questions and its own figures. In the cockpit you switch between languages; the numbers are never pooled.
A merely translated question set measures nothing new
Existing questions can be translated with one click. The result is a draft: you review it question by question and release it, and nothing is measured before you do.
Place names are deliberately left alone. Luzern stays Luzern, even inside a French or English question, because otherwise we would be measuring a question your customers never ask.
What is true today and what is not
- We measure in German, French, Italian and English. English is not a national language, but it is the language international buyers ask in, and the answer there is regularly a different one.
- The CMO briefing is written in German for now, even where the measurement runs in four languages.
- Support runs in German and French. The day that changes, we change this sentence.
