Your customers ask ChatGPT before they open Google. ECHO measures every week whether your brand shows up in those answers, who gets named instead, and which sources the AI pulls from.
You enter your website. ECHO reads it and suggests brands, competitors and the questions your customers would put to an AI. You correct whatever does not fit.
ECHO puts the questions to all four engines and evaluates who gets named, in which position and in what tone. That becomes the baseline you are measured against.
From then on the screening follows your schedule. The report arrives by email, and the cockpit shows the trend across weeks along with the open actions.
ECHO is running in production, with a utility company as first customer and PIXELS as its own test case. For the next round we are adding a small number of further companies.
